Abstract: Education is considered one of the most essential fields; it is the profession of the prophets; it acquires special management for teacher roles addressed in terms of teaching, learning, and guidance, transferring experiences, and contributing to preparing human beings to live in dignity in societies where security, peace, love, harmony, justice, mercy and other Islamic virtues of socialization prevail in its various dimensions.

The old methods of education relied on personal or voluntary efforts. It focused on content such as religion and language teaching in most of its tracks and learning craft professions in other ways until different countries adopted formal education and established institutions for it that is concerned only with teaching professionally.

The teacher is considered the central pillar in the educational process development, as he contributes very effectively to developing students' performance and guiding them in the right direction towards good citizenship. It also deals with their minds and ideas, refining and training them in all aspects of knowledge and technological progress.

This paper clarifies the concept of teacher preparation - old and new. It explains and extracts the idea of teacher preparation in the light of constructivism theory. It sheds light on teachers’ views in the light of constructivism theory, the 4MAT model and traditional learning styles.

Abstract: In How I Learned to Drive, American playwright Paula Vogel depicts a woman (Li’l Bit) exploring her “self” by disrupting the distorted patriarchal values in her psychological development, despite numerous difficulties in her growing-up process. According to Lacan, it is expected that women are marginalized and distorted in a patriarchal society. To find her “self”, a woman should break up the misrecognized identity in the Mirror Stage. Abstract: This research aims to demonstrate the application of Task-based Language Teaching activities in EFL oral class in a public university in China. As an international language, English plays a vital role in not only international communications but also in culture exchanges. College students are asked to equipped with English communication skills to do real-life communication nowadays. Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) is a non-traditional approach in teaching language whereby learners learn language incidentally though performance of meaningful tasks. It has generated great interest among EFL researchers and practitioners. This research scoped in a public university in North China and the teaching materials were chosen from 4 units of College English Course Book-1. The purpose of this research also lies in broadening the strategies of using activities in EFL classes which aims to develop the communicative competence within pronunciation, accuracy, fluency, discourse management and complexity.

Abstract: The awareness and understanding of open-source software are very limited. In most cases, it is not even there. This deficiency causes a lot of financial expenses, especially for students who are highly committed to their studies. The education sector itself lacks awareness of open source and most colleges and universities use proprietary software. The general assessment indicates that most people are completely unaware of the benefits of open-source software. The purpose of this research is to survey the education sector and assess their current level of understanding of open-source software. This study will use a quantitative method of research which is the survey questionnaire method, therefore, a formal questionnaire related to open-source software, its understanding, and its use will be developed. These data were analyzed to conclude. This research will help us to determine the current level of awareness of OSS in the education sector and also will serve as an activity to create more awareness. Moreover, it will allow us to devise a strategy to promote open-source software not only in the education sector but also in other sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Abstract: The objective of the study was to determine how well brain training exercises aided cognitive training in enhancing the score performance in a multiple-type mock test on the Philippine Constitution consisting of 100 items. Philippine Constitution is one of the topics under the General Information Part of the Civil Service Examination.  The whole class of BAC 4-2 comprised  35 students who participated in the one-group pretest and posttest experimental research design. The results showed that after completing the brain training exercises, students' posttest scores considerably improved as compared to their pretest scores. It is surmised that using brain workouts helped students take the PH Constitution exam with greater test scores and better memory.

Abstract: Recent studies have recommended mixed reality (MR) for nursing simulation training. In contrast, few studies have examined the use of and evaluation of MR nursing simulations. The term virtual reality is also used, which has been around since the late 1950s. However, its use in education has been limited due to the high cost of equipment, accessibility issues, usability issues, and a lack of appropriate educational content. Some of these limitations have been resolved by technological advances. Moreover, affordable virtual reality equipment for nursing education, primarily used with adults, shows promising results, highlighting this technology's potential. An overview of mixed reality and immersive virtual reality as learning tools for nurses is presented in this paper. This paper also discusses their current uses, research for educational purposes, and barriers to implementing them in university settings.

Abstract: Students with ASD have difficulties when it comes to responsive and expressive interaction, leading to failure in understanding social situations. Due to this, students with ASD may face social rejection by peers as a consequence of their social awkwardness, which can negatively impact the child’s emotional stability. The classroom is an incredibly social place, however, this causes anxiety because of the social challenges that these students might face, and even go as far as to obstruct their academic learning. Social skills are incredibly important as they’re needed for many things, from asking for help to cooperating with fellow peers. Several strategies have been researched to assist students with ASD in improving their social interactions, furthermore improving their education. One of these strategies includes using Computer Assisted Instruction, which has shown that they react positively to visual cues as they typically possess adept visual processing. The second is Mind Reading Software, which had led to significant improvement in recognizing emotions. The final exercise was shared reading activities, which served to improve literary skills.

Abstract: This study assessed the challenges facing teacher counselors and administrators in managing student discipline in Iringa Municipal Secondary School. The main objective was to examine the challenges facing teacher counselors and administrators in managing student discipline. This study was qualitative in nature and data was collected from teachers, teacher counselors, and students in Iringa Municipal Council whereby Tagamenda secondary school was taken as a case study.  The study employed a purposive sampling technique to select respondents and data were analyzed through content data analysis. Findings revealed that among the challenges of managing students' discipline in secondary school were: some of the parents were defending their children; lack of professional counselors and facilities; interference by politicians; some students were attempting to harm their teachers and resistance from students. This study concludes that almost all cases where this study was carried out have seen that there are challenges facing teacher counselors and administrators in managing students' discipline in Iringa municipal council. All these challenges should be well addressed to manage school discipline.
