Abstract: The study aimed to explore the impact of visionary leadership on the delivery of services in the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) of Kanduyi, Kenya. It utilized a descriptive research design and focused on 2,977 employees within the CDF departments. A sample size of 353 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaires, and a pilot test was conducted to ensure the reliability of the research instruments. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, such as frequencies, percentages, correlations, and regression analysis. The findings revealed that visionary leadership had a significant positive effect on service delivery, explaining 43.8% of the variance in service delivery. This suggests that being visionary, which involves developing sustainable development plans, setting clear performance targets and rewards, and meeting residents' needs and expectations, plays a crucial role in improving service delivery in the CDF. The study concluded that visionary leadership is essential for enhancing service delivery, and the organizational structure acts as a moderator in the relationship between strategic leadership and service delivery. To improve service delivery in the CDF, the study recommends that the NG-CDF CDF should develop relevant sustainable development plans, establish clear performance targets and rewards, and ensure that services meet the diverse needs and expectations of residents.

Abstract: The focus on an assessment of accessibility of credit by rural SMEs in Migori County has a significant role to lending facilities, entrepreneur owners, wealth investors, and the county government of Migori to accelerate the formation of various policies regarding credit and also support other scholars on literature review. With the accessibility of credit serving as a dependent variable, the research examined interest rates charged, collaterals, financial institutions and literacy levels as predictor variables. Descriptive research methodology was employed. The population target was 1020 Small and Medium Enterprises operating within Migori County. A stratified Random sampling technique was employed and then followed by simple random sampling to select respondents from the selected strata. From the strata 102 respondents were selected as a sample size. The questionnaires were distributed by means of drop and pick technique. The statistics analysis was done using SPSS to capture both descriptive and inferential statistics. The study however, found that the interest rate, financial institutions had a positive relationship and were all significant while the collateral and literacy levels had a strong relationship but they were all insignificant. Therefore, the study recommends that the policy makers and the government should review the rates of interest and support training SMEs owners to impact the skills and create financial institutions network among the SMEs and also establish a diverse form of security for loans. The study also suggests further research using a larger sample and the research extended to other counties in Kenya.

Abstract: The emergency response capabilities of Airport Rescue and Firefighting Services are of paramount importance in times of emergency at the airport. These capabilities are essential to safeguard the well-being of passengers, employees, stakeholders, and other airport users. The rapid and coordinated response during emergencies is imperative to mitigate potential risks, minimize damage, and ensure the overall safety of the airport complex. This study aimed to enhance the emergency response capabilities of the Manila International Airport Authority-Rescue and Firefighting Division by finding the gaps in response protocols and level of preparedness. The comprehensive review of the Literature and Studies, which were carefully selected for their relevance and applicability to this study, has provided the researcher with an extensive amount of relevant information.

A survey questionnaire was distributed to a sample of sixty (60) MIAA-RFD personnel to identify the deficiencies in response protocol and evaluate the level of preparedness among key personnel. This study utilized a descriptive quantitative research design using random sampling techniques. The survey questionnaire was validated by experts in the field of emergency response to ensure the relevance of the data collected and the answers was analyzed employing qualitative approach. Various statistical tools were used including frequency and percentage to describe the demographic profile, mean distribution to determine the response protocol and level of preparedness of the participants, and the Kruskal-Wallis H test to determine significant differences.

The study identified several areas that required enhancement and recommended that a regular training and preparedness exercises be conducted in order to adapt to evolving emergency scenarios, prioritize equipment maintenance and upgrades, improve communication systems, collaborate with relevant agencies, assess response protocols, provide tailored communication training programs, create a unified communication system, and conduct realistic emergency response drills and simulation exercises to enhance teamwork and coordination among emergency responders.
